Customer Payment Audit Trail
This feature serves as a record-keeper, providing documentation of transaction procedures and operations. It helps by tracking user activities in order to improve internal controls and detect unauthorized use or errors.
Customer Refund Logs Tab provides you the following information:
- Provide a sequential record of modification
- When and by whom the transaction is created, including the user role of the creator
- Responsible users for voiding the transaction
- Provide a reason for voiding and cancelling the transaction
- Provides logs for status updates such as the customer refund has been voided, or whether the transaction has been posted, and so forth.
